As a Dana-Farber patient, you have access to Patient Gateway, our patient portal provided in partnership with Mass General Brigham. Both adult and pediatric Dana-Farber patients can use Patient Gateway. Explore its features and how to use the portal if you are an adult or pediatric patient.

Depending on your treatment plan you may receive care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Boston Children's Hospital. You can access two patient portals – Patient Gateway and MyChildren's – to manage your child’s appointments and health information.

*These services are available for care received at both Dana-Farber’s Jimmy Fund Clinic and Boston Children's Hospital. MyChildren’s messages are for non-urgent questions. Responses may take up to 2 business days. Messages are not reviewed on evenings or weekends.

How to Enroll

Enroll today to start taking advantage of all that Patient Gateway has to offer. The easiest way to enroll in Patient Gateway is to request an activation code when you check in at Dana-Farber. We can send you this code by text or email. Once you have the code, you can enter it online and be guided through the enrollment process.
